The number-four overall pick out of Alabama in 1989, Thomas was every bit as dominant on the field as advertised. He took home the 1989 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year award and was named to the Pro Bowl as well. He spent his entire 11-year career with the Chiefs and eventually was inducted into the Hall of Fame.
