Winning the World Series is one way to create–or cement–a legacy for players and teams alike. But it takes a special performance to be named the Most Valuable Player of the Fall Classic. There have been some flatout amazing playoff performances throughout MLB history, but just in case you don’t know who won the MVP in every World Series, we’ll break them down for you. We’ll look at the 2010s.
2015 – Salvador Perez (Kansas City Royals)
In being named the MVP of the 2015 World Series, Perez became the first catcher to win the award since 1992. He batted .364 in the series, helping the Royals down the Mets four games to one.
