Stan Musial played for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1941-1944 and from 1946-1963. He played left field, right field, and first base. His batting average was .331. He had 3,630 hits, 475 home runs, and 1,951 runs batted in. Musial was an all-star 24 times, a World Series Champion three times, a National League MVP three times, a seven-time National League batting champion, and two-time National League RBI leader. His number 6 was retired for the Cardinals, and he was inducted into the St. Louis Cardinal Hall of Fame and in 1969 into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
